How Shipping Works
Plant Perfect fulfills orders through a network of trusted vendor partners. Your products ship directly from the manufacturer or supplier, which means faster delivery and fresher inventory.
Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days. Some specialty items, including lighting systems or bulk growing media, may require up to 7 business days for processing.
Transit Times
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 2 to 7 business days after processing. Select items shipping from international suppliers or in bulk may take 5 to 12 business days.
Total delivery time equals processing time plus transit time.
Multiple Shipments
Because products come from different vendors, items in a single order may arrive in separate packages on different days. You may receive more than one tracking number per order.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided for most orders and will be sent to your email once your shipment is dispatched. If tracking is not available for a specific item, we will communicate expected delivery timing directly.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and destination. Some products may qualify for free shipping promotions.
Inspection on Delivery
All hardware and equipment should be inspected within 48 hours of delivery. Any shipping damage must be reported within this timeframe to qualify for a replacement or claim. Photograph any damage before discarding packaging.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship primarily within the United States. Some items may have regional restrictions based on vendor or product regulations. These will be noted on the product page where applicable.
Delays
While we work to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to vendor processing, carrier issues, weather, or supply chain disruptions. We monitor orders proactively and will notify you of any significant delays.
